Digital Product Management

I enjoy turning complex ideas into polished, user-friendly digital products. Whether it’s launching full websites or refining existing tools, I focus on balancing technical requirements with what end users actually need.

  • Leads strategy, design, and technical implementation of large-scale federal websites, including Healthy People 2030 and InformationLiteracy.gov.
  • Manages full product lifecycles: requirements gathering, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, QA, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborates with developers, UX designers, and SMEs to deliver new site features, data visualization tools, and high-performing landing pages.
  • Oversees governance frameworks and digital content workflows to sustain long-term product performance.
  • Translates complex technical requirements (APIs, accessibility, data rules) into clear roadmaps for cross-functional teams.

Marketing & Communications

Clear, accessible communication has been at the heart of my work. I’ve created digital campaigns and content that connect with diverse audiences while keeping pace with tight deadlines and compliance standards.

  • Partners with national public health agencies to design campaigns, landing pages, and outreach content that meet user needs and organizational goals.
  • Creates and edits diverse collateral, including web copy, newsletters, brochures, videos, and social campaigns that are tailored to multiple audiences.
  • Applies plain language and human-centered design principles to ensure accessibility and clarity across all content.
  • Coordinates cross-functional approval processes across IT, design, legal, compliance, and project leadership.
  • Supports leadership with presentation decks, conference materials, and stakeholder briefings that communicate strategy and results.

Analytics & SEO

I thrive on digging into the data to uncover opportunities. By combining technical SEO expertise with analytics-driven insights, I help teams improve performance and make smarter content decisions.

  • Conducts comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page) using ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console, and GA4 to improve visibility and performance.
  • Drives measurable increases in organic traffic and engagement through keyword research, content optimization, Core Web Vitals improvements, and structured data.
  • Develops and monitors KPIs and performance dashboards, translating findings into actionable recommendations for content, design, and technical teams.
  • Coaches stakeholders and content owners on interpreting analytics and embedding SEO best practices into publishing workflows.
  • Applies CRO and A/B testing to optimize conversion funnels, metadata, and CTAs across websites and campaigns.
